Normal Mouse Testicular Sertoli Cell Line-TM4 is a Sertoli cell line derived from mouse testes. This cell line exhibits typical Sertoli cell characteristics, including responsiveness to Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH), lack of responsiveness to Luteinizing Hormone (LH), and the expression of various Sertoli cell-specific proteins such as Sox9, ABP (Androgen Binding Protein), and Dhh (Desert Hedgehog). These properties make it an ideal model for studying Sertoli cell function.
