Mouse Mononuclear Macrophage Leukemia Cells-RAW 264.7-Luc-GFP-Puro
Product Overview
The Raw264.7 cell line was established from tumor tissue induced by Abelson murine leukemia virus, and it's one of the most commonly used inflammatory cell models in research. These cells are easy to proliferate, have high DNA transfection efficiency, and are sensitive to RNA interference. They are frequently used as host cells for transfection and for replicating murine norovirus. The cell surface is negative for sIg-, Ia-, and Thy-1.2 antigens. They can antibody-dependently lyse sheep red blood cells and tumor target cells. After two days of treatment with LPS or PPD, they can be induced to lyse red blood cells, but they have no effect on tumor target cells. Raw264.7-LUC-GFP-Puro cells are a stable cell line derived from Raw264.7 cells infected with lentivirus, resulting in the stable expression of firefly luciferase and GFP.
