Product Overview
Mouse Lymphocytic Leukemia Cell Line-L1210 is a lymphoblast-like cell line originally isolated from the skin of an 8-month-old female mouse with lymphocytic leukemia. The mouse's skin developed the condition after exposure to 0.2% methylcholanthrene in ether. This cell line can be used for research into immune system diseases. It is widely applied in the routine screening of chemical agents and natural products for cytotoxic activity, as well as for the screening of anti-tumor therapeutic drugs and research into tumorigenesis.
