Mouse Lung Epithelial Cell Line-TC-1 was C57BL/6 (H-2b) mouse lung epithelial cells co-transformed with the HPV16 E6, E7, and ras genes. The TC-1 cell line is an immortalized mouse lung epithelial cell line capable of stable proliferation while maintaining its epithelial cell characteristics.
