Veterinary Research Scientist

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced veterinary research scientist to guide research on animal cloning and genetic testing. The ideal candidate needs to have sufficient professional knowledge, skills, and excellent laboratory management capabilities. At the same time, he or she must have strong leadership skills and be passionate about the coaching and career development of team members.

Key Responsibilities

Focus on the development of animal cloning and genetic testing project.
Develop reasonable and feasible experimental schemes, lead the R&D team to tackle the difficulties.
In-depth cooperation with marketing and business teams, and ensure timely project delivery by effective communication.
Maintain the latest scientific literature and technical knowledge in the field of genetics and genetic engineering to prepare for the development of related new businesses.
Participate in the daily management of the laboratory, implement intellectual property protection, safety, and other regulations.

Qualifications

At least 3 years' experience in the relevant industry.
Advanced degree in animal science, veterinary medicine, animal breeding, animal husbandry, aquatic science, biotechnology, genetics, molecular biology, or related fields.
Solid animal genetic engineering research background, good experimental route design ability.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet the deadline.
Strong communication skills (oral, written, interpersonal), excellent ability to solve problems and suggest solutions.
Good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, strong ability to withstand pressure.
