Senior Sales Manager
Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced senior sales manager specialized in animal cloning and genetic testing to help identify and nurture opportunities with both new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquires. The ideal candidate will provide operational, planning, and analytical support to the pet health team at BioVenic.
Key Responsibilities

Establish trust-based relationships with customers, and effectively promote pet genetic testing and pet cloning services.

In-depth cooperation with product design, R&D, and business teams to provide customers with a first-class experience and motivate pet owners to participate.

Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for new product and service launches.

Measure the productivity of the sales force and ensure the effective implementation of the established strategy.

Analyze and interpret actual and potential customer sales and growth opportunities to support the achievement of sales goals.
Qualifications

At least 3 years' experience in pet product or service promotion, and experience in developing new marketing strategies.

Ph.D. in animal science, veterinary medicine, animal breeding, animal husbandry, aquatic science, marketing, or related field.

Knowledge of pet medical, genetics, and cloning.

Skillful in creating and implementing business plans that align with BioVenic's organizational goals.

Strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and good negotiation skills.

Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
