SCNT Specialist
Role Summary
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to have sufficient professional knowledge and skills, as well as excellent laboratory management capabilities to lead a multi-disciplinary research team and make outstanding contributions to the animal cloning project.
Key Responsibilities

Perform all procedures required for embryo engineering, includingoocyte in vitro maturation, embryo culture, blastomere isolation and culture, chimera production, nuclear transfer, embryo cryopreservation and ES cell culture, etc.

Directly supervise all team members in the laboratory, participate in the daily lab management, implement rules and regulations of intellectual property protection.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant scientific literature and technologies in the fields of in vitro fertilization and genetic engineering.

Develop a reasonable and feasible experiment plan, and execute according to the plan to ensure project progress.
Qualifications

At least 3 years' work experience in animal SCNT research.

Advanced degree in animal science, veterinary medicine, animal breeding, animal husbandry, aquatic science, biotechnology, genetic engineering, embryology, or related field.

Solid SCNT background, excellent experimental design, troubleshooting and data analysis capabilities.

Excellent communication, expression, collaboration, and organization skills.

Good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, able to withstand certain pressure.
