Target Information

Streptococcus dysgalactiae is a Gram-positive, beta-haemolytic coccal bacterium that belongs to the Streptococcaceae family. It can infect both humans and animals, but is most commonly found as a commensal in the alimentary tract, genital tract, or, less frequently, as part of the skin flora. This bacterium is primarily found in mastitic bovine udders.
