Target Information

Salmonella is an extremely contagious bacterium, primarily spreading when animals ingest contaminated feed or water. It can infect both birds and mammals, including humans. Staphylococcus aureus, a Gram-positive, spherical bacterium and member of the Bacillota, is typically part of the body's microbiota, often located in the upper respiratory tract and on the skin. It is known to cause various livestock diseases commonly found in pigs, cows, and poultry, including mastitis, joint infections, and skin infections.
