Target Information
Swine interleukin 12A (IL12A), also known as IL-12p35, is a subunit of the IL-12 cytokine, which is a heterodimeric molecule crucial for immune responses. IL12A, along with IL12B (p40 subunit), forms IL-12 that activates natural killer (NK) cells and promotes the differentiation of T helper 1 (Th1) cells, playing a key role in cell-mediated immunity against intracellular pathogens.
