Target Information
Swine aminopeptidase N (ANPEP), also known as CD13, is a membrane-bound metallopeptidase found in pigs. It cleaves N-terminal amino acids from peptides, playing a role in protein digestion and regulation of immune responses. ANPEP is utilized in veterinary medicine for diagnostic purposes and as a target for therapeutic interventions in conditions affecting protein metabolism or immune function.
