Target Information

Interleukin 1 receptor antagonist is encoded by the IL1RN gene in pigs. Research showed that the combination of IL-4 and all-trans retinoic acid up-regulated the anti-inflammatory protein, IL-1R antagonist (IL1RN) and TGM2 in porcine macrophages.
