Target Information
Intercellular adhesion molecule 1 is encoded by the ICAM1 gene in pigs. Research has shown that pro-inflammatory cytokines TNF-α, IL-1β, TGF-β1 and ICAM-1 are also present in the medium tunica of the porcine coronary arteries under physiological conditions.

User Note
- Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Avoid mixing by vortexing or pipetting. Reconstitute in 10 mM PBS (pH 7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Aliquote the reconstituted solution to minimise freeze-thaw cycles.
