Target Information
Muellerian-Inhibiting Factor is encoded by the AMH gene in pigs. It is expressed by granulosa cells of developing follicles and plays an inhibitory role in the cyclic process of follicular recruitment by determining the follicle-stimulating hormone threshold.

User Note
- Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Avoid mixing by vortexing or pipetting. Reconstitute in 20 mM Tris, 150 mM NaCl (pH 8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Aliquote the reconstituted solution to minimise freeze-thaw cycles.
