Target Information
Mouse Tumor Necrosis Factor (Tnf) is an immunomodulatory cytokine in mice. It regulates immune cell activation and inflammation, influencing cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Tnf plays important roles in infectious, autoimmune diseases, and tumor immunity by promoting inflammation and immune cell effector functions. Changes in Tnf levels serve as an important indicator of immune status and inflammation.
