Target Information

Mouse Thrombospondin-2 (Thbs2) is a matricellular protein involved in regulating cell behavior and tissue homeostasis. It interacts with various receptors to modulate cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation. Thbs2 is crucial for angiogenesis, influencing blood vessel formation and stability. In mouse models, Thbs2 deficiency results in abnormal vascular development and impaired wound healing.
