Target Information

Mouse Sphingosine 1-Phosphate Receptor 1 (S1pr1) is a critical G protein-coupled receptor involved in various physiological processes. It plays a key role in maintaining vascular integrity by stabilizing endothelial cell junctions and counteracting the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) . S1pr1 is also essential for thrombopoiesis, guiding the formation and shedding of platelet-producing extensions in megakaryocytes .
