Target Information
Mouse Platelet-Derived Growth Factor Receptor-like Protein (Pdgfrl) is a protein with significant sequence similarity to the ligand-binding domain of the platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta. It is expressed in various tissues, including the facial prominence, reproductive system, ribs, and skeletal musculature. Pdgfrl is implicated in the regulation of cell proliferation and differentiation, with potential roles in development and tissue repair. Mutations or deletions involving this gene are associated with sporadic hepatocellular carcinomas, colorectal cancers, and non-small cell lung cancers, suggesting that Pdgfrl may function as a tumor suppressor.
