Mouse Neurotrophin-4 (NTF4) is a neurotrophic factor that supports the survival and function of neurons. It binds to the TrkB receptor and the p75 neurotrophin receptor, promoting neuronal survival, axon growth, and synaptic plasticity. NTF4 is involved in the development and maintenance of the nervous system. Dysregulation of NTF4 has been implicated in neurodegenerative diseases and neuropathic pain. It also plays a role in tissue repair and regeneration.

User Note
