Target Information
Mouse Lipolysis-Stimulated Lipoprotein Receptor (Lsr) is a cell surface receptor involved in lipid metabolism and immune regulation. It is expressed in various tissues, including the liver, adipose tissue, and immune cells. Lsr plays a key role in the uptake and metabolism of lipids, particularly in the context of lipolysis and fatty acid oxidation. It also modulates immune responses by interacting with lipoproteins and other lipid mediators. In mouse models, Lsr deficiency leads to altered lipid profiles and impaired immune function.
