Target Information
Mouse Gamma-Enolase (Eno2) is a key glycolytic enzyme predominantly expressed in neurons. It plays roles in neurodevelopment, synaptic plasticity, and cell survival. Eno2 is also involved in cancer progression, particularly in colorectal cancer, where it contributes to therapy resistance by interacting with HDAC1 and activating the β-catenin pathway. Additionally, Eno2 has been implicated in macrophage polarization and tumor-associated inflammation.
