Target Information
Mouse Creatine Kinase M-Type (CKM) is an enzyme involved in energy metabolism, particularly in muscle cells. It catalyzes the conversion of creatine and ATP to phosphocreatine and ADP, playing a crucial role in storing and transferring energy in tissues with high and fluctuating energy demands, such as skeletal muscle and heart. CKM is a marker for muscle damage and is used in the diagnosis of conditions such as myocardial infarction and muscular dystrophy.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with ice packs. Lyophilized protein can be stored at -80°C for 1 year. After reconstitution, the protein solution can be stored at 2-8°C for 2-7 days.
