Target Information

Mouse CD70 Antigen (CD70) is a member of the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) family. It is expressed on activated lymphocytes and functions as a costimulatory molecule. CD70 binds to CD27, promoting immune cell activation and responses. This interaction plays a role in immune regulation and has been implicated in autoimmune diseases and cancer. Targeting CD70 has been explored as a therapeutic strategy in these conditions.
