Target Information
In felines, CD14 (Feline monocyte differentiation antigen CD14) is a glycoprotein expressed on monocytes and macrophages, involved in innate immune responses. It binds to lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and activates inflammatory responses through the MD-2/TLR4 complex. CD14 also upregulates cell adhesion molecules, enhancing immune cell adhesion and migration.
