Chicken T-box transcription Factor T (TBXT) is an embryonic nuclear transcription factor involved in mesoderm formation and differentiation. It binds to the palindromic T-site through its N-terminal region to regulate cell proliferation and migration during embryonic development. Additionally, TBXT participates in the regulation of the Wnt signaling pathway, affecting embryonic morphogenesis.
