Target Information

Interleukin-4 (IL-4), also known as B-cell stimulating factor 1 (BSF1), is an immune regulatory cytokine encoded by the IL4 gene. In chickens with necrotic enteritis, the serum IFN-γ/IL-4 level was significantly increased.

User Note

Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Avoid mixing by vortexing or pipetting. Reconstitute in 20mM Tris, 150mM NaCl (pH8.0) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex. Aliquote the reconstituted solution to minimise freeze-thaw cycles.
