Recombinant Chicken ADP-Ribosylation Factor 6 (ARF6)

Chicken ADP-Ribosylation Factor 6 (ARF6) is a member of the ARF family of small GTPases, which play crucial roles in regulating vesicle trafficking, cytoskeletal dynamics, and cell migration. ARF6 is primarily localized to the plasma membrane and endosomes, where it facilitates the recycling of membrane proteins and lipids. In chickens, ARF6 is involved in various cellular processes, including the regulation of cell adhesion, migration, and the maintenance of epithelial barrier functions. It also plays a role in the internalization and recycling of receptors, such as integrins and cadherins, which are essential for cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions.
