Target Information

Canine lutropin subunit beta (LHB) is a crucial component of luteinizing hormone, which is essential for reproduction in canines. LHB, along with the common alpha subunit, forms the heterodimeric hormone that stimulates the testes and ovaries to produce sex hormones and ensures ovulation in females and spermatogenesis in males. It plays a pivotal role in the endocrine system, particularly in the regulation of the reproductive cycle and the development of secondary sexual characteristics.
