Target Information
The Interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain, also known as TAC antigen, P55, and primarily CD25, is a protein that plays a key role in forming the high-affinity Interleukin-2 receptor. This receptor is composed of three subunits: alpha (IL2RA), beta (IL2RB), and the common gamma chain (IL2RG). In dogs, Interleukin-2 receptor subunit alpha is encoded by the IL2RA gene.
