Target Information

Canine C-C motif chemokine 22 (CCL22) is a chemokine that plays a role in the immune system, particularly in the recruitment of regulatory T cells (Tregs) to sites of inflammation or tumorigenesis. It is involved in immune responses and is a chemoattractant for Tregs, which can inhibit anti-tumor responses and contribute to the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. CCL22 is also a biomarker for several diseases, including certain types of cancer and inflammatory conditions.
