Target Information
Canine annexin A4 (ANXA4) is a calcium/phospholipid-binding protein that plays a role in membrane fusion and exocytosis in dogs. It is involved in cellular processes such as membrane remodeling and the regulation of signaling pathways, including the PI3K/AKT/eNOS pathway and adenylyl cyclase 5 inhibition . ANXA4 also contributes to cell migration and invasion, which are important for physiological functions and potentially linked to disease progression.
