Target Information
Bovine peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma (PPARγ) is a nuclear receptor protein that functions as a transcription factor in cattle. It is predominantly involved in the regulation of adipocyte differentiation, glucose metabolism, and fatty acid storage. PPARγ plays a critical role in energy homeostasis and inflammation, influencing the development of adipose tissue and modulating insulin sensitivity. This protein is also implicated in the immune response and is a target for therapeutic interventions in metabolic disorders.
