Target Information
Bovine C-C Motif Chemokine (CCL22) is a small cytokine crucial for the immune system in cattle. It is primarily produced by macrophages and plays a significant role in attracting immune cells, particularly regulatory T cells (Tregs) and certain subsets of eosinophils. CCL22 acts as a chemoattractant, guiding these cells to sites of inflammation or infection. In bovine research, CCL22 is used to study immune responses and inflammation. It may also have potential applications in understanding and treating immune-related diseases.
