Rat Uterine Smooth Muscle Cells-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens
Product Overview
Rat uterine smooth muscle cells exhibit various important functions and characteristics during physiological and pathological processes. These cells not only participate in normal uterine contraction and regulation but also play crucial roles in pregnancy, labor and delivery, and certain diseases (such as uterine fibroids). Rat Uterine Smooth Muscle Cells-Immortalized by SV40T Antigens were generated via lentiviral transfection carrying the SV40 gene (these cells acquire puromycin resistance after transfection).
