Rat Intestinal Stem Cells

Cat. No.CC7F296

Product TypeAnimal Cells and Cell Lines

Product Overview

Intestinal stem cells, also known as intestinal epithelial stem cells, are located at the base of the intestinal mucosal crypts and possess self-renewal and proliferation-differentiation functions. Intestinal stem cells can differentiate into all cells of the intestinal epithelium, participating in the physiological process of normal intestinal mucosal tissue renewal and certain pathological processes. They are of great significance for replenishing various continuously lost intestinal mucosal cells. Research on intestinal stem cells not only helps understand the homeostasis and regeneration mechanisms of intestinal tissue but also provides potential targets for the treatment of intestinal diseases.
