Product Overview

The CBRH-7919 cell line was established in 1979 from the liver of a Wistar rat. This cell line consists of primary liver cancer cells chemically induced by diethylnitrosamine (DEN). This induction method gives the cell line high tumorigenicity, allowing it to mimic certain characteristics of human primary liver cancer, thus making it highly valuable in liver cancer research.
