Target Information

Rat TGFb1 is a multifunctional cytokine that regulates cell growth, differentiation, migration, and apoptosis. It plays a key role in tissue repair, fibrosis, and immune modulation. TGFb1 signals through the TGF-β receptor complex, activating SMAD proteins and other signaling pathways to modulate gene expression. It is also involved in epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and the development of fibrotic diseases.
