Target Information

Rat RNASEH2A is a nuclear catalytic subunit with conserved ribonuclease and nucleic acid-binding domains that maintain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It is ubiquitously expressed across proliferating somatic cell populations and forms heterotrimeric multiprotein complexes inside cell nuclei. Its multi-domain nucleic acid-editing structural framework and universal nuclear localization differentiate it from secreted immune cytokines, integral membrane receptors and cytoplasmic signaling adaptors with simplified single-domain assemblies enriched only in tissue-specific cell subgroups.
