Rat Receptor Activator of Nuclear Factor Kappa B (RANK) is a critical receptor involved in the regulation of bone remodeling and immune responses. It is primarily expressed on osteoclast precursors and mature osteoclasts, where it binds to RANK ligand (RANKL) to initiate signaling pathways that promote osteoclast differentiation and activation.
