Target Information

Rat PTPRH is a transmembrane receptor phosphatase with conserved extracellular adhesion domains and intracellular catalytic phosphatase segments that maintain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It is abundantly distributed on epithelial cell surfaces of gastrointestinal tissues and other mucosal compartments. Its dual-function membrane-anchored multi-domain structure and epithelium-biased expression separate it from soluble circulating signaling factors, cytoplasmic adaptor proteins and chromatin-binding nuclear transcriptional regulators with simplified single-domain assemblies and broad expression across various somatic tissues.
