Rat ICK is a cytoplasmic serine/threonine kinase with conserved catalytic and regulatory domains that sustain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It concentrates in intestinal epithelial and ciliated cell populations and binds cytoskeletal complexes inside cells. Its multi-domain enzymatic architecture and digestive tract-biased expression differentiate it from transmembrane receptors, soluble secreted cytokines and chromatin-binding nuclear transcriptional regulators with simplified single-domain assemblies and widespread expression across non-intestinal somatic tissues.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
