Rat EXO1 is a nuclear nuclease with conserved catalytic and nucleic acid-binding domains that maintain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It is widely expressed in proliferating cell populations and forms multi-subunit complexes inside nuclei to manipulate nucleic acid substrates. Its multi-domain enzymatic framework and ubiquitous expression in dividing cells differentiate it from secreted signaling cytokines, transmembrane surface receptors and cytoplasmic structural adaptors with simplified single-domain assemblies mainly found in non-proliferating somatic cell subgroups.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
