Target Information

Rat Annexin A3 (ANXA3) is a calcium- and phospholipid-binding protein involved in various cellular processes, including membrane fusion, endocytosis, and apoptosis regulation. It is expressed in multiple tissues, where it contributes to maintaining cellular homeostasis and modulating immune responses. ANXA3 can be secreted and plays a role in the formation of extracellular vesicles, which are involved in cell-to-cell communication. Its activity is essential for proper cellular function and is implicated in inflammatory and immune-related processes. ANXA3 is an important target for studying cell biology and related diseases in rat models.
