Specifications
Target Information
Mouse tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 19 (TNFRSF19, TROY) is a 45 kDa type-I transmembrane glycoprotein whose four cysteine-rich pseudorepeats and cytoplasmic tail engage NGF-family ligands, clustering in lipid rafts without intrinsic catalytic motifs. A solvent-exposed 16-aa "KVE" loop (aa 165-180) between CRD3 and CRD4 folds into a β-hairpin unique among mouse TNFRSF members, presenting a conformational epitope preserved after ligand binding and fixation. Affinity-purified antibodies targeting this loop trace native TNFRSF19 in hippocampal dentate gyrus, spinal cord motor neurons, and epidermal basal layers, delivering crisp membrane rings and single-band clarity on immunoblots with no cross-reaction to NGFR or other TNFRSF proteins.
