Target Information

Mouse T-cell activation Rho GTPase activating protein (ARHGAP15) is a conserved cytoplasmic regulatory protein with a stable multi-domain structure. It is mainly distributed in the cytoplasm of immune cells, especially T lymphocytes, and associates with intracellular signaling complexes. The protein retains good molecular stability and structural integrity under physiological conditions. Its cytoplasmic localization clearly distinguishes it from nuclear, mitochondrial, and membrane proteins.
