Mouse SPON2 is a secreted extracellular matrix protein containing conserved thrombospondin and spondin functional domains that sustain stable protein conformation under physiological conditions. It is secreted into extracellular spaces by osteoblastic, epithelial and vascular cell populations. Its matrix-associated soluble structural features and tissue-specific expression separate it from transmembrane receptors, cytoplasmic scaffolding adaptors and intranuclear transcriptional regulators with streamlined single-domain assemblies and static single-compartment subcellular localization profiles.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
