Mouse CDH3 is a single-pass transmembrane glycoprotein with repeated extracellular cadherin repeat domains and a cytoplasmic binding segment. It maintains stable structural folding and conserved cell-cell interaction motifs under physiological conditions, highly enriched on epithelial and placental cell membrane surfaces. Its membrane-anchored feature and tandem calcium-binding domains distinguish it from soluble secreted peptides, cytoplasmic metabolic enzymes and intranuclear transcription factors that carry unrelated structural layouts and separate subcellular localization patterns.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 24 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
