Target Information
Mouse Nucleoporin 98 (NUP98) is a dynamic FG-repeat nucleoporin essential for mRNA export and selective cargo transport through the nuclear pore. Continuously shuttling between cytoplasm and nucleoplasm, it also acts as a transcriptional co-activator when cleaved or unanchored. Highly specific antibodies recognize the 98 kDa full-length protein and physiological cleavage fragments without cross-reactivity to NUP88 or other nucleoporins, enabling accurate Western blotting, immunofluorescence and cell-cycle profiling in development, stress response and leukemia models.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
