Target Information
Mouse neutrophil-specific antigen 1 (Ly-6G) is a GPI-anchored glycoprotein exclusively expressed on mature neutrophils and their bone-marrow precursors. Its high surface density enables rapid antibody-based identification of circulating and infiltrated granulocytes without contamination by monocytes or eosinophils. Ly-6G is routinely used to quantify neutrophilia, map inflammatory foci, and sort pure populations for functional assays. Specific clones provide robust flow-cytometry and immunohistochemistry read-outs in infection, injury and autoimmune models.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
