Target Information

Mouse MIP-3α, also known as CCL20, is a chemokine produced by various cells, including monocytes and dendritic cells. It plays a key role in immune responses by recruiting lymphocytes and dendritic cells to sites of inflammation. MIP-3α binds to the chemokine receptor CCR6, promoting cell migration and activation. It is involved in the regulation of immune cell trafficking and has been implicated in inflammatory diseases and cancer progression.
